which Robin will be teaching in Belize in January 2025!
"I recently completed Robin's workshop, "A Wellbeing Workshop for Women Whose Long-term Marriages Have Ended," not from a marriage loss standpoint but rather to better understand the process of grieving the loss of friendships and other relationships. The workshop covered a lot of information in ways that were meaningful and directly applicable in everyday life. Not only that, she is well-organized and thorough in her approach. However, I think what struck me most was her desire to help others. Robin is humble and kind and knows how to create a space where everyone can feel safe and welcome—allowing for the co-creation of new narratives and strategies for each participant." C.S.
"Robin’s warmth, authenticity, and knowledge about positive psychology came across within minutes of the session. This comprehensive workshop covered many useful topics to help you get yourself back on track." J.H.
Kintsugi is the ancient Japanese art form of mending broken pottery with gold or silver,
not hiding the scars, but using them to create art of enduring beauty and strength.
Women whose long-term marriages have ended can learn to scaffold that event,
and build a life of lasting beauty from that which was broken.
This upcoming full-day Retreat Workshop will address many aspects
of a woman’s life:
1. Mental and Emotional Health: Participants will learn solid principles and practices to enhance mental wellbeing and emotional resilience. It will include stress reduction, building self-confidence, and developing agency over one’s life.
2. Financial Health: Participants will gain insights into managing personal finances, budgeting, financial planning, and achieving financial goals.
3. Homemaking Skills/Organization: Participants will receive practical guidance on essential homemaking skills, such as home organization, decluttering, cleaning and leading to a peaceful home environment.
4. Time Management: Time management techniques will be discussed to help participants balance their various responsibilities effectively and make the most of their time.
5. Nutrition and Easy Meal Prep: The Participants will receive insights into maintaining a balanced and healthy diet, as well as practical tips for easy meal preparation to support busy lifestyles.
6. Relationships: Different breakout groups will address child development, talking to your teen, issues with adult children, and improving patterns with your partner.
By addressing these diverse areas, the Workshop aims to empower women with valuable knowledge, skills, and tools to enhance their overall quality of life and well-being. Participants can expect to take away actionable strategies that they can implement in their daily lives to achieve positive and sustainable changes in various aspects of their life.
"I met Robin Johnson, MBA, MAPP at a Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Conference, when I was the CFO for a $22 Billion Dollar Pension Fund and Robin was the Editor of Frank Abagnale’s Fraud Bulletin and wore many hats working for SAFEChecks. We were two independent women who valued our femininity, while we know how to layer in the masculine energy to drive results. A casual conversation blossomed into a professional friendship and has become a personal bond today. We have supported each other’s aspirations, life changes, and invest in each other’s success. We take tremendous joy in celebrating each other and lifting each other up. There is no competition. There is unbridled cooperation and pride in seeing the other thrive."
"Today, there is a need for women investing in women and it ought to become a call to action so women can build supported lives, careers, and wealth to joyfully thrive. However, historically, women have been placed in circumstances of competing with each other, thus not cultivating the art and skill of supporting each other’s success. Therefore, I have teamed up with Robin to bring this program to life – the Women Investing In Women Podcast. Each episode is dedicated to the international community of women who strive to ennoble each other."
"We aim to share our blueprint and facilitate the start of a thriving community of women who are different - consciously choosing to lift up our sisters, mothers, daughters, friends, and business colleagues."
💎 How can we build trusted bonds that transcend all externalities of race, ethnicity, education, generation, etc.?
💎 How can we develop a mindset of abundance and fearlessly lift each other up without competing as though we lived in a world of scarcity?
💎 How can we cultivate our shared prosperity by being each other’s sounding boards and blind spot watchers?
"Ladies, regardless of where we come from, how we dress, how we worship, who we love, how long we have lives, or what we do – we all have the opportunity to let our individual and collective lives be our message. Let us ennoble each other and grow from where we are each planted. Together, we rise above and build a brighter world for both our daughters and sons!"
